CAREER

Rakesh graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Liverpool in 2023. He subsequently completed his Master of Laws in Bar Vocational Studies with specialisms in International Commercial Trade and International Dispute Resolution. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2024.

Rakesh commenced his pupillage at Messrs Cecil Abraham & Partners, where he was exposed to various areas of law, including Commercial Litigation, General Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. He was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 10th October 2025. Upon his admission, Rakesh joined Ariff Rozhan & Co. as an Associate in October 2025.
